At Rodeo Home, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase of our luxury home textiles. If your selection doesn't perfectly complement your space, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare Your Package

  Ensure all items are in their original, unused condition with tags attached, and pack them securely in the original shipping box if possible.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it to the outside of your package, ensuring no other tracking labels are visible.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
